Artsakhbank Closed Joint Stock Company (hereinafter the Bank) was established in February, 1996 (the License N75 provided by the RA Central Bank). Later on the Bank has had some restructurings. Thus, on 6 November, 1996 the Bank was reorganized into an Open Joint Stock Company (OJC). On 24 June, 2001 Artsakhbank, OJSC, was finally reregistered as Artsakhbank, CJSC. As a reliable partner, the Bank offers its customers such international account-free money transfer systems, as ANELIK, Intel Express, MoneyGram, Unistream, due to which it is possible to receive and send money throughout the world fast and safely.
