Artsakhbank Closed Joint Stock Company (hereinafter the Bank) was established in February, 1996 (the License N75 provided by the RA Central Bank). Later on the Bank has had some restructurings. Thus, on 6 November, 1996 the Bank was reorganized into an Open Joint Stock Company (OJC). On 24 June, 2001 Artsakhbank, OJSC, was finally reregistered as Artsakhbank, CJSC.
